Bookings

You can make a booking by using the booking page or by email (info@wildmakerlapland.com). When you use the booking page you will need to pay the whole amount at once. If you want to pay later you need to make the booking by email. After you send a booking by email you will receive an invoice with a booking fee. Your booking is registered only after you have paid the booking fee. The booking fee is non-refundable. You will later receive an invoice of program. The booking is final after you have paid the total amount.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your booking please do it by email (info@wildmakerlapland.com). The cancellation is registered when we receive a cancellation email from you.

Charges:

up to 30 days before arrival – cancellation cost 30% of the rate

29-15 days before arrival – cancellation cost 50% of the rate

14-8 days before arrival – 80% of the rate

7-0 days before arrival or no show – cancellation cost 100% of the rate

Cancellation by Wildmaker Lapland

Wildmaker Lapland reserves the right to cancel a tour for any reason. In this case all the money paid to Wildmaker Lapland will be returned including the booking fee. Alternatively the booking can be changed to another day.

Medical information

If you have any pre-existing medical conditions that could affect your participation on our program and activities you must inform Wildmaker Lapland about them before paying the booking fee.

You are responsible for assessing whether the tour you booked is suitable for you. It is your responsibility to assess the requirements of activities based on your own fitness level and medical requirements. Wildmaker Lapland reserves the right to deny your participation on any of the activities if it determines that your physical or mental condition is unfit for safe execution of the activity.

Insurance

You need to have your own travel insurance since Wildmaker Lapland does not provide one.

Minors

Anyone under 18 years old is considered a minor. All minors need to be accompanied by an adult. Some of the activities require certain fitness level from the participants so very small children may not be able to participate on them.

Adults booking with a minor are responsible for the behaviour, well being, supervision and monitoring of them.

Being on time

You need to be on time at the meeting point for the activities. If you are late from the meeting point so that we miss a start of an activity that is arranged by a third party then you will not be able to participate in that activity and there will be no compensation for you.
